Slow processing of recordings

Just a quick note to let you know that we have noticed some of our videos are taking a long time to process. We've identified a few things we can change to speed this up and are working on these now.

The impact of this means you may not see some of the videos that you expect to be there. The old tried and trusted IT solution of turning it off and on worked for our server and it is catching up. So any of your missing videos should be there shortly. 

If you are one of our customers testing our email alerts this will mean your email alerts will be received many hours after the animal was detected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

How to find your videos that haven't been processed

If you would like see the videos that are waiting to be processed you can change your search to show videos over all time and then go to the end of of the results and you will see some videos with a date of 1/01/1970.
